Edge Exteriors is locally owned and operated by Danny Genetin, who learned the trade the way it used to be taught — on real jobs, alongside family, with accountability built in.

Danny was introduced to roofing at a young age by his father and has been active on roofing projects since he was old enough to climb a ladder. Over the past 20+ years, he’s worked on everything from small residential repairs to large-scale projects with major roofing companies out of state.

That experience matters — but so does where you bring it back.

Bringing Experience Home

After years of working out-of-state with larger companies, Danny chose to return to his local community to build something different: a roofing company rooted in honesty, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships.

At Edge Exteriors, the goal isn’t volume or quick sales. It’s helping homeowners understand what’s actually happening on their roof and what makes sense for their home.

No pressure. No unnecessary work. Just clear explanations and solid work.

Discipline You Can Count On

Outside of roofing, Danny is the head coach of the nationally recognized wrestling program at Perry High School, where he also earned a full wrestling scholarship as a student.

Wrestling shaped Danny’s approach to work — discipline, preparation, grit, and follow-through. Those same values guide how Edge Exteriors operates and how Danny mentors the next generation of wrestlers and tradespeople.

Invested in the Community

Danny’s commitment to the community goes beyond work. He actively heads, plans, and manages the annual summer festival at Holy Family Parish in Navarre, helping bring people together and support local traditions.
